Michael Greene had direct input in to Canada's Immigration Act, appearing before the House of Commons and Senate. He also teaches the immigration course within the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary.

The combined knowledge of immigration and refugee law means the firm can tackle every kind of immigration related case imaginable. "We cover every area of immigration. Michael Sherritt and Michael Greene at one point practiced independently – but found they were talking to each other every day. It wasn't long before they realized there would be an advantage to joining forces.
