All the lawyers at Hamilton Howell Bain & Gould specialize in Employment Law. Within the firm, however, the eight lawyers have their specialties.

Among them, Richard Hamilton provides mediation services to resolve disputes between employers and employees and also acts for professionals at disciplinary hearings.

Other lawyers combine their specialties with the daily challenges of Employment Law. Kelly Slade-Kerr has particular experience in labour relation matters in unionized settings. Another lawyer, Jennifer Crawford, has trained and educated over 10,000 employees and employers in B.C. on respectful and harassment free workplace environments.

All the lawyers regularly attend employment law conferences and several have been speakers. Nicole Howell is the current president of the Vancouver Bar Association and also provides mentoring to junior lawyers in the city.
