FEES

The fees charged by the firm, which depend upon the nature and seriousness of the charges and the complexities of the case, are fully canvassed with the client prior to retainer. We make every effort to be reasonable regarding fees. Not all cases go to trial. Many cases are resolved by way of plea negotiations and guilty pleas which involve lesser fees than cases that proceed to trial.
