Both Anita Kania and Paul Buttigieg practice Family Law exclusively. Their many years of experience have reinforced their belief that every effort should be made to resolve issues amicably, especially if there are children involved. However, if there is no other option than to go to court, they are prepared to fight for their clients' rights, and their wealth of experience means their clients are in good hands.

Anita Kania has a Masters of Law in Alternative Dispute Resolution which covers the field of Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration. Her studies, plus her experience, give her the extra edge when it comes to cases involving negotiation, mediation and arbitration. "I think, from a client's perspective, almost all clients would love to resolve their cases without them ever going to court." Anita works hard to help make her clients' wishes a reality.

Paul Buttigieg is also working to give his clients more choice in resolving their issues by working towards a designation in Collaborative Law. His many years of experience in Family Law assure his clients that he has the skills to work for their best interests.
