Law Firm Profile

We have the latest computer technology and software as well as quick access to an online legal data-base for easy legal research into your case. We have all of the up to date immigration manuals in order that your application is done properly.

Our experienced staff will conduct a very detailed interview with you to ensure all the necessary points are brought out in the application. There is a 3 point check that is done to ensure the accuracy of the application/ accompanying submissions and supporting documentation. All necessary supporting documentation are gathered and indexed. The application, supporting documents and immigration fees are only sent to the consulate by courier after a final review by senior counsel so that the documents are perfect.

In the work we do in the Appeal Division we ensure that all of the oral and documentary evidence are disclosed to the other party and the tribunal at least 20 days before the hearing. We thoroughly prepare the appellant and his/her witnesses for the hearing and ensure that all the relevant legal authorities has been documented including any conference calls to witnesses abroad that may be necessary so that we are thoroughly and well prepared for the hearing. It is our meticulous attention to detail that has led to our success in the appeal work that we do.
