Folkes believes in making himself available for clients when needed. From the beginning his firm has had evening appointments and, if necessary, weekend appointments. If the clients require it, he also does home and hospital visits.

The firm's goal is to respond to calls within 24 hours. Folkes also likes to call his clients to see how they are coming along, or if they have any questions or issues. He believes that this contact offers his clients a unique service and helps strengthen the relationship between client and lawyer.

Folkes has many repeat clients and their loyalty demonstrates the good work that he has done for people over his many years in practice.
