Biography

A criminal prosecution is an ordeal that no one should have to face alone. The complexities of the Canadian criminal justice system are considerable, and those who find themselves charged with a crime should make sure that they are properly represented by legal counsel. When your reputation and, in many cases, your very freedom are on the line, you need sound legal advice from someone who understands the law and the process.

The law firm of Aitken Robertson Barristers & Solicitors believes in the concept of strength in numbers. Criminal defence attorney Richard Aitken has assembled a team of lawyers with a wealth of legal experience and expertise in all areas of the Canadian criminal justice system. Each of the firm’s seven lawyers take an active role in every case, so clients get the benefit of multiple perspectives for the price of a single lawyer.
