Murray Tkatch founded Tkatch & Associates Professional Corporation in 1981. It began as a personal injury and immigration law practice, later evolving into a purely personal injury practice.

Today there are five lawyers in the firm, including a past Workplace Safety & Insurance Board judge who handles Worker's Compensation cases. A highly knowledgeable secretarial staff keeps everything running smoothly.

Tkatch & Associates Professional Corporation handle disability claims, accident benefits, unpaid death benefits, loss of income claims, and a host of other issues related to personal injury.

"Essentially, if there is an insurance company at the other end, we will take the case," Tkatch explains.
